Apartment REVIEWS IN Santa Fe

Since July of 2021, when Camino Real became ready for occupancy, I have enjoyed living here. The accommodation is modern and contemporary. There are gracious floor plans of 1-,2-, and 3 bedroom apartments.. They are total electric residence s with thermostatic control for air conditioning and heat. The kitchens and bathrooms have gleaming fixtures, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances with a microwave oven and dishwasher, laundry equipment in every apartment. Our building has three floors with each apartment having smooth floors, bright windows with blinds and a balcony with a sliding door for ventilation. Every unit has overhead lighting. We also have a common area for parties which includes a full kitchen ,2 bathrooms and is fully furnished with with WIFI and a TV. They also feature a great fitness center and excellent shopping proximity. The staff is great and location as well, I recommend living here.

These apartments are super welcoming. The views are very gorgeous no matter where you reside. There are many grocery stores and restaurants near this area as well as a few gas stations. The leasing office is helpful and very friendly. They are able to help with any needs and can work with you as much as they can. I do reccomend these apartments to call home.

One of the best places to live in Santa Fe! Krystal and Sylvia have been amazing, and Krystal was incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay at Camino Real. I never felt like I was dealing with a large company or management office. Instead, I always felt welcomed, valued, and at home. (Which is really hard to find these days)The staff treated me with genuine kindness and made the community feel warm and inviting. The rent is affordable, the building is secure with key-card access, and the location is fantastic, close to great coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Everything you need is nearby. I also needed to stay an extra month after my lease ended, and the process was handled smoothly. All costs and details were communicated clearly in advance, which I really appreciated. The maintenance team is outstanding as well. They respond quickly (within 10-15 mins)and take care of issues right away. Overall, I had a wonderful experience living here and would highly recommend Camino Real. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Love my new apartment,the view is incredible and the staff is outstanding.

I moved to Camino Real a year ago and absolutely love it. The team here is amazing and go out of their way to help if there are any issues (of which I have had very few). The apartments are very nice with a great gym, and I have an amazing view! The community is great and the apartments are very safe, I love having doors into the building that lock.

I love living here they are 100 times better than we’re I used to live. Customer service is great both Silvia and Crystal have helped me out so much and made life easier for me. Apartments are very clean and maintenance does their job in a timely manner. I would recommend these apartments to anybody that wants a peaceful place to live and don’t want to struggle with maintenance actually completing their tasks.
