Well, I’m going to start off by saying that the environment of the office was amazing as soon as I walked in a young lady named Mariah was an amazing person, she greeted me directly and she helped me out by giving me a walk through of what I was looking for and hoping to move into this beautiful place. I’m crossing my fingers and hoping that I will be a resident there soon. Thank you Mariah hope to see u soon and be apart of Camino real community. Ps. I also want to say that I absolutely loved how spacious the place was it was an outstanding view of everything

I’ve lived here for a few years with no issues and if an issue arose, Tina, the property manager has always made sure all my concerns have been answered and taken care of immediately.She’s really made an improvement in the community and seems to care a lot about all of her . The maintenance guy Art There’s a cool guy for a few times I’ve had work orders he has got them done super quick. I’ve lived many places before and Yeah never had such an attentive staff like the ones we have here at Camino. If you are looking for a nice newer apartment, I recommend Camino Real it’s a great place to live.

I’ve lived at Camino Real Apartments for a little over a year now, love that the community is so close to shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants. Mariah the leasing agent and Tina the property manager in the front office has been very helpful with any questions or concerns I may have had since moving here. I put in a work order last week for a couple things in my apartment and the maintenance Arthur was quick getting into my apartment to get the work done and gave me a call the day after to make sure everything was working correctly.

I love this apartment complex because it's new, has very nice appliances, and it's all wood flooring in every room. It's super close to grocery stores and other fun entertainment. Also, the manager, Tina, is so awesome and helpful! She helps quickly to solve any issues that we may have and always has the perfect solution. She has a great attitude as well and is so sweet!

I recommend this place because of the manager, Tina. I have a long story since I moved here last year. Our biggest issue was the previous manager, but after Tina came to this complex, everything got changed. She takes care of everything really well. She's very professional, especially when listening to any problems you may have and she does her best to fix it. It's very hard to find people that will listen to you these days and she's so kind. You can notice the big difference between before and now. Now, you can call this place a home. Thank you so much, Tina, for all your hard work. We appreciate you so much for everything you've done for us.

I have lived at the Camino Real apartments for approximately seven months, and have been nothing but pleased with my stay here. The apartments are clean, the neighborhood is reasonably quiet and management has been responsive to the occasional problems that I have had. Not that long ago, my car was booted by the company that handles parking enforcement at the apartments. After reviewing the rules I raised a concern to management that Direct Parking Services had made a mistake and that my car had been booted against the parking rules. After reviewing my claim management did have Direct Parking remove their boot from my car without further incident and I did not have to pay the parking fee. Thanks again Camino Real for being a great place to live.

Cool apartments with nice staff. Everything you need is in walking distance. You are responsible for all utilities (water, trash, and electricity - no gas). You are also required to pay monthly fees such as $25 for valet trash (can’t opt out) and $50-$60 for community charges. The fees cost more than the actual utilities at times. Haha.

Macennia is one of the sweetest, caring and easy to work with property managers I have ever had! She helps out so much where she can and is very easy going! My folks and I walked in and she instantly gave us a place (along with waiting time to get things accommodated of course) but nevertheless still the best!!!

I was offered a position in Santa Fe, New Mexico, but I had trouble finding a place to live at first. I stayed for a week at https://santafe-vacationrentals.com/santa-fe-cabin-rentals/ before receiving an email confirmation from Camino. The unit is spotless and new! I'll be going back to work, but this time I'll have my own service truck. Do I have to pay more for parking if I need it?

I’ve been in contact with Macennia for a few weeks now & I’d like to discuss her pros & cons on speaking to people, guiding people & representing the Camino Real apartments family. She has been nothing less than professional, composed, diligent with time & Information. This is someone that has influenced me to pursue the Camino Real family & I do not say family lightly. I want to personally thank Macennia & the Camino Real family for cherishing their work ethic from within & hiring people that honor their responsibilities as a property manager. I wish I could give you some constructive criticism on her work ethic but she is flawless. I love living here!!

My husband and I were both offered jobs in Santa Fe, NM, and we were having a hard time finding a place. Luckily, Macennia, followed up on my emails and we scheduled a visit. The apartment is super nice and brand new! After that visit, we didn't bother to look any further. Macennia led us through the entire process and we had no desire to be anywhere else in town. We already love it here!

Beautiful apartments with amazing staff! The maintenance supervisor Ray Vialpando is a perfect example of a great employee; you can always count on him to figure out a problem and fix it with ease. He provides great service to the residents and seems like he genuinely enjoys his job! Im utterly impressed with his work and skills. More employees like Ray need to be recognized for their efforts and all that they do to keep Camino Real Apartments the best they can be!

Very excited to start our stay at Camino Real! From the start, staff was very patient and helpful during the moving in process. The apartments have the nicest kitchens I’ve seen compared to other Santa Fe complexes, as well as brand new full washer and dryer in unit. Very cool area too - near bars, restaurants, theaters, and malls within walking distance. Such a breath of fresh air having a place that actually cares for its residents!
